What: Foraging for supplies and fighting a few mobs
When: Day 146-149 (August 20-26)
Where: Here and there in the plains and woods surrounding Asgard
Rating: PG-13 for some violence!

[This is half of the OPT-OUT for the Biological Warfare plot. It spans over the entire plot, so if you send your character on one of these expeditions, you can't participate in that plot.

This group will be travelling with some elven soldiers to make sure the lands within a couple of miles of the city are clear of enemy scouting parties. For the most part, it will be harmless, safe camping and gathering herbs, mushrooms, and dead timber. There will be two supply wagons with the group and plenty of camping gear.

There will be one actual group of enemies to be found on Day 147. The monsters will be running loose rather than an organized scouting party, and will consist mostly of small, imp-looking monsters that catch fire when they die and and sharp claws and teeth. There will also be a single ice wraith, which will melt if exposed to a lot of heat. These should be easy battles, and not likely to end in any serious injury. Since the big party will be splitting into small groups of 3-5 when foraging, most characters probably won't even see the monsters!
