Who: The Order of the Phoenix, Asgard Style
What: Discussing stuff!
When: 414, evening.
Where: Gryffindor house.
Rating: PG-13 because of inevitable glaring and spats between Marauders and Snape.
[An Order of the Phoenix meeting. Trying to find time for it has been difficult, and trying to get everything set up so they could have their lives at the same time made it even harder, but Harry ultimately decides they have to move forward. His discussion with Morgana made it very clear that he had to follow through on his own responsibilities. If he wishes for action instead of reaction, he has to do his part there.
Then again, organizing these things was easier when he had Hermione doing it for him, but a stubborn part of him wanted to do it himself. Harry remembers all too clearly the aimlessness and frustration while they were trying to figure out what to do next with the horcruxes. He feels some of the same sentiments here, but he knows that he needs to be more forthright with himself. If he can talk the talk, Harry knows he has to show that he can walk the walk, so to speak.
He doesn't want to run them aimless, after all, but he knows they can do something. He can feel it in his gut.
The message comes a day in advance via a message delivered by Hedwig, each one individually sent to make sure they receive it, even if it all says the same thing:]
Tomorrow evening, we shall be convening the first meeting of Asgard's Order of the Phoenix. I reckon that some of you will be surprised that you'll be receiving this, but I'm of the belief that we should stick together. I also realise that means that not all of us will get along brilliantly, and I ask in advance that you come on your best behaviour.
We'll be discussing how to work together, how to help each other out, and future allies to invite to work alongside us.
I want to promote a more active approach to helping Asgard, which means that some of us will be kept safe as a result from it all. I don't want to force anyone to do what they're not prepared to do. But I do believe everyone will have useful insight to provide. It'll be different from back home. There's no need to act as if working together must be in secret. But it is also good to just have people, isn't it?
If you have any questions, feel free to bring them to the meeting.
I'll see you then.
- Harry Potter
[And so, the scene is set. Harry used his funds partly through his blessings to order enough food for everyone, and the window in the house is left open so that Hedwig and come and go. But he is largely prepared, so much that he actually has notes on how to do this.
They aren't particularly good ones, but he at least had direction with his DA meetings. Direction will be good.]

I don't figure I've met Ellie, though.

Shadows, at least, served their purpose.
He fleshes his hands a little instinctively before answering the question.] I heal. Only when I do it, I take the injury onto myself. It's good for larger things, but it's ... [Not as applicable.] I'd like something better, unfortunately.
