Utgard is a metropolitan city very much like any largeish city in a first world country today. There are commercial districts with malls, skyscrapers, and restaurants, as well as residential areas, industrial area, etc. There are good neighborhoods and bad neighborhoods. There's a subway system and a local network that works like the internet but only include stuff made/maintained by people in Utgard or businesses with interests there. Remember that any tech brought back to Asgard must fit Asgard's tech rules or it will be disabled just like items that come in on arrival. Also, keep an eye on the event schedule for January! If you're traveling during an event, make sure you take that into account. Also, you can always look at the main schedule for weather and the like. Thank you!
