[Kiritsugu is moving. After returning home, he and Iri decided it was time to start drawing on Kiritsugu's savings so they could move in together. Of course, bringing others along was a given, including and especially Archer.

So Kiritsugu is packing up his stuff and carrying it to the new house in small wagon loads pulled by a hired pair of NPC porters. You'll see him carrying boxes in Sigyn district, but you'll see him more frequently loading the wagon and directing the porters in Sigyn welcome hall.

The catch? He knows Archer is going to fuss despite their previous conversations on the subject. Thus he's packing and moving Archer's things as well. While Archer is at work.]

[In the middle of the night (or rather the early, early morning), there's a sound somewhat like falling hail. It only lasts a couple of seconds, and is followed by the howl of a single big gust of wind that seems to get through the cracks of windows and doors no matter how well closed or locked they were.

It seems the rain was a shower of candy hearts, and they'll be cropping up all over the place all day!

What could this possibly mean?]

[He's spent a long time out, tonight. The sky lightened up on him while he was continuing his through scouting of the place, and now he's headed home. After all, it's no good to snoop round in the daylight when people will ask questions. Thus he's transformed back into "harmless old man in a yukata in the cold", and walks leisurely through the streets and then through Sigyn's Welcome Hall, smoking as he goes. He knows he needs to make contacts, too. He knows he has to to get any weight here, But it's hard to be too interested, and he's wary of such an unfamiliar place and unfamiliar people.

Still, if anyone makes eye contact with him, he'll nod and say "Good Morning."]
